At The Anthony Hotel, despite all the relaxations, we still take great care for the safety of our guests and employees. At all times we will follow the measures as stated by the government and the RIVM.
Brasserie MONK
Our Brasserie MONK is open again. Come and enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch, drinks or dinner. We are ready for you! Unfortunately dogs are not allowed in the entire hotel.
Parking
The Anthony has a limited number of parking spaces at the hotel. These spaces can be reserved. We kindly ask you to do this by phone or e-mail. The costs for a parking spot are 25 euro per night. The parking space is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 13:00 on the day of departure. If you have not reserved a parking space, our spaces may be full. In that case you can use the parking garage ”Kop van Lombok”, about 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
Bicycles
At The Anthony you can park your bike at your own risk in front of or behind the hotel. The Anthony also has rental bicycles, these can be reserved at the reception based on availability.
Payments
The Anthony Hotel and Brasserie MONK is cashless, which means that you can only pay with pin and/or credit card.
Cancellation policy
Flexible rate
Did you book with us with a flexible rate? Then you can cancel or move your reservation free of charge until 24 hours before arrival. This means the day before arrival before 15:00 hours.
For example: if you have booked for 21-11-21, you can cancel the reservation until 15:00 hours on 20-11-21.
Non-refundable rate
Have you booked with us at a non-refundable rate? Then the reservation has been booked for a cheaper rate with the condition that it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel this reservation and get a refund or reschedule it free of charge.
A positive test for covid-19 is also no exception.
Did you not book this reservation directly with us? Then the cancellation conditions specified by the relevant party will apply.
Hotel regulations
All instructions from employees of this hotel, must be followed. Complaints can be reported to the management.
During all circumstances we respect your privacy, however, we are authorized to enter your room in case of ”non-compliance with our hotel regulations”.
It is not allowed to light candles for fire safety reasons. The security system will be activated immediately.
In case of fire, stay calm. Report fire to the front desk and/or activate the nearest fire alarm.
In the event of a fire alarm, leave the building immediately.
In case of fire, do not use the elevators under any circumstances.
Valid identification must be shown at check-in. Check-in is possible from the age of 18. Minors must always be accompanied by a parent/guardian (min. 18 years old).
The presentation of a valid ID is mandatory. If the room is reserved for 2 persons, both must present a valid ID.
Unregistered or other hotel guests are not allowed in the room. If other guests are found in the room, you will be asked to leave the hotel immediately.
There are cameras in various places within the hotel, everyone who is in our hotel consents to the making of recordings. In case of calamities and/or incidents these recordings can be shown to the authorities as supporting material.
Lost property must be handed in at the reception desk.
The Anthony Hotel Utrecht is not responsible for loss or theft of your belongings.
The management, the owner of this location and/or persons working for the hotel cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material or immaterial damage suffered by visitors to the location.
It is forbidden to use the emergency exits as normal entrances and exits.
Hotel property must not be taken outside the building. Deliberate damage to property of The Anthony Hotel Utrecht may result in liability for repair and/or renewal costs.
It is prohibited to consume, use, trade or carry narcotics.
It is also prohibited to use and/or carry nitrous oxide during your visit to our hotel. If nitrous oxide is found in the room, you will be asked to leave the hotel immediately.
You must not cause nuisance to others by loud music, obnoxious behavior or noise of any kind.
It is prohibited to stay in the room with more than the permitted number of people.
It is prohibited to receive paid guests in the room for the purpose of sexual activities.
Smoking is prohibited in the room, apartments or public areas. This includes electronic cigarettes, vapes and shisha. If we find that smoking does occur we will be forced to charge €150 cleaning fee. If the fire alarm goes off due to smoking in the room, the fire department’s call-out fee of €275 will be charged to you.
Pets are not welcome at The Anthony Hotel.
You should not spread confetti in your hotel room, if we find this we will charge you €25,00 cleaning fee.
It is forbidden to leave room, more than what is reasonable, dirty.
It is forbidden to extend the stay on your own initiative. If you wish to extend, you may do so in consultation with our reception and upon payment of the applicable rate. Check-out must be done before 11:00 am on weekdays and before 12:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
