An old place with a new look. A few years ago, the monastery was converted into a hotel, and more recently, the hotel has come under new management. With us, you’ll find authenticity with a personal approach. We aim to be a place for the people from the neighborhood, the rest of the city of Utrecht, and tourists. We strongly believe in connecting international guests with the local environment.

Located at Kanaalstraat 197, we are the only hotel in Lombok, featuring stained glass, old wooden beams, a courtyard, restaurant, bar, and a chapel that is over 100 years old, available for events. At our place, you can eat, sleep, work, meet, drink, or just drop by and end up staying.

Chef de partie (part / full-time)

The Anthony Hotel is looking for a chef de partie for the hotel’s sole kitchen. This kitchen prepares all the food for the restaurant, the café, and the events department. The quality and presentation of the food, along with the atmosphere in the team, are our top priorities. You’re naturally flexible, resilient, and above all, passionate about your craft, excited to contribute to a growing business.

What will you do:

  • Prepare dinner according to our quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP).
  • Manage inventory and provide input on purchasing.
